We will monthly:
- Collect and distribute rents
- Provide monthly statements
- Deposit owners’ checks into their bank account
- Check vacant properties
- Inspect rented properties periodically
- Advertise and check out new tenants
- Arrange for repairs
- Arrange for gardeners, etc.
- Supervise upgrades and remodels
- Market and supervise renting of properties including credit, criminal and felony checks as well as check income, previous landlords and references
- Move in and Move out tenants in a streamlined manner
- Handle tenant inquiries
- Arrange for 3-Day Notices and Evictions, if necessary
We will also work with owners who want to rent their property on a one time basis.
